Common Transnational Guidelines on how to match models

Work package 1 - Action 1.1

The “Common Transnational Guidelines on how to match models”, based on the work undertaken by Carbon Pro working group in the first period of the project, aspire to show some available models and their characteristics in order to help policy makers and whoever wants to approach carbon balance to find a starting point for analysis and measurements.

The models used by Carbon Pro partners and described in the document are:

  • CO2 FIX
  • BIOME BGC
  • GOTIL WA+
  • ROTH C
  • WBE MODEL
  • GORCAM

A description indicating input requested, output produced, availability of each model and some information about how it works is reported in the Guidelines.

The Common Transnational Guidelines on how to match models and relative information are freely available to the public and can be downloaded from the website of Carbon Pro project.

If you use the Guidelines in your research, we request that you include the following acknowledgement in the relevant manuscripts:
